Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from Bizconnekt. This page explains how.

What You Can Request Deleted

  • Google OAuth credentials — your connected Gmail account token and email address stored by Bizconnekt
  • Microsoft OAuth credentials — your connected Outlook account token and email address stored by Bizconnekt
  • Your user account and personal data — name, email address, contact details, and activity data associated with your Bizconnekt account
  • Business data — invoices, purchase orders, and other records tied to your tenant account (requires authorization from your organization's administrator)

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Email us at discover@bizconnekt.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

Please include in your email:

  • Your full name and the email address associated with your Bizconnekt account
  • What you would like deleted (e.g., "Google OAuth credentials", "my user account")
  • For Google or Microsoft OAuth credentials: the Gmail or Outlook address you connected to the platform

What Happens After You Request

  • We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
  • OAuth credentials (Google or Microsoft tokens and email address) will be permanently deleted from our database within 7 business days of verification.
  • Full account deletion will be processed within 30 days. Note that certain records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax and invoice records, immutable audit trail entries).
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

Revoke Google or Microsoft Access Directly

For immediate revocation of access permissions (regardless of any pending deletion request with us), you can revoke directly from your provider:

Important Notes

  • Bizconnekt uses a soft-delete system — deleted records are flagged as deleted and hidden from active use, but are not immediately purged from the database. Permanent purging will be carried out upon your explicit deletion request.
  • An immutable audit trail is maintained for all actions on business records (Create, Update, Delete) as required for compliance. This trail cannot be deleted and is retained permanently.
  • If your account is managed by an organization, business data deletion may require authorization from your organization's administrator.
